“The activity itself was very well organized – communication was smooth, and the staff on board was extremely kind and attentive. However, due to strong winds that morning, we reached out to check whether the activity would still take place. We were informed that the weather had been closely monitored and that conditions were deemed safe to proceed. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Due to the wind and cold, we spent around 80% of the trip wrapped in towels and were unable to fully enjoy the activity. Given the circumstances, we would have appreciated either a more accurate weather assessment beforehand or a partial refund afterwards.”
